Classic cheese cake

     Ingredients
     
     Clarified butter                        6  tbsp 
      Digestive biscuits                    200 grams
      Castor sugar                          2tbs
      creame cheese                       375grams
      Eggs                                      3
      Vanilla essence                      1/2tbs
      Cornflour                               1tbs
      Sour cream                            75grams
      Cream                                   3tbs
      Lemon juice                           as required


 

   
        Method:        
     *Crush digestive biscuits in a bowl.
     *Using your hands,;mix biscuit crumbs and butter
       together.
      *Grease a dish with a bit of butter and transfer the biscuit mixture onto it.
         Using your hands,press it down ;to form the cheese cake base,and refrigerate.
      *Whisk castor suger,creame cheese ,fresh creame and sour creame in a bowl.
         Add in cornflour and egg yolks to this mixture and mix  well.
       *Beat egg white separately, till fluffy and fold into the prepared mixture.
       *Lastly,add lemon juice and pour the mixture over the refrigerated biscuit base.
         Leave it in the fridge to refrigerate for 6 hours. Serve with your choice of ice creame.
