Egg-fried Rice.

Use rice with fairly firm texture, Ideally,the raw rice should be soaked in water for a short tim before cooking

Ingredients:  1)  3 Egg.
                    2)25 ml/tsp salt.
                    3)30-45ml-/2-3 tbsp vegtable oil.
                    4)450g/1lb cooked rice.
                     5)2 spring onion finely chopped.  
                     6)115g/4oz frozen peas.
Tips:
*In a bowl ,lightly beat the eggs with the pinch of salt and a few pieces of spring onion .
*Heat the oil in a preheated wok ,and lightly scremble the egg.
*Add the cooked rice and stir to make sure that each grain of the rice is separated.add the remaining
 salt ,spring onion and the peas. Blend well,allow to heat through and serve.
